Welcome to Osteopathy at Botanica

A local osteopathic clinic, conveniently located in Rusthall, and just a few minutes from central Tunbridge Wells.  If you have aches, pains and stiffness, then osteopathy provides a gentle and effective method of helping you back to a healthy and pain-free range of movement.

The registered osteopath is Karen Thornton-Smith.

Karen adopts a whole body approach to facilitate the body's natural healing mechanisms, using a variety of techniques including soft tissue massage and joint articulation.  Karen is also trained in the use of medical acupuncture for the relief of tight and painful muscles.
