**NEW**RUNNERS WELLBEING WORKSHOP
Following the success of this workshop we are pleased to be able to host it again! Within the workshop we get to combine our two passions, running and Pilates. During this three hour workshop we will introduce you to mat work and small equipment exercises that are designed to improve your skill, strength and performance.
We are also very lucky to be joined by Evie Serventi, sports psychologist and deputy editor of Running Fitness magazine, who will be sharing her 'Pre-race Preparation' workshop.
Whether you are an elite runner or a weekend warrior this workshop is here to enhance and complement your running!
PILATES FOR BACK PAIN
This three hour workshop will introduce you to gentle, low impact mat work and small equipment exercises that are designed to gently strengthen muscles commonly found to be weakened in those suffering from low back pain as well as improving your flexibility and posture.
As well as the Pilates based element of the workshop we will also share a wealth of tips and advice relating to coping with and/or preventing back pain.
Whether you suffer from chronic pain or acute intermittent flare ups this workshop is here to help you find your way to a easier, more comfortable way of life!
