Sports massage is simply a form of deep tissue massage, you dont have to be an athlete to recieve one! Depending on your reasons for wanting a massage we also often incoporate some stretching and movements to help release tight muscles. We will also use Kinesio taping as part of the treatment if we feel this is relevant to you and your recovery.
Clinical Pilates is a form of Pilates commonly used for rehabilitation from injury, as well as general fitness. The movements are performed within safe ranges of movement for your body. We find Pilates works excellently alongside osteopathy and sports massage, helping you recover faster as well as strengthening your body and improving mobilty to prevent future injuries.
We offer private 1:1 matwork sessions as well as holding classes.

Both classes are held at Botanica. Please contact us with any enquiries and to reserve your space. Classes are limited to five participants and are suitable for beginners upwards as well as those with injuries and mobility problems.
